Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jonas Michael Heinrich Hoffmann, equip4cine, Ahornweg 18, 83410 Laufen, Germany, telephone: +49 176 96894397, email: kontakt@equip4cine.store) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for supplementary costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will do so without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to Jonas Michael Heinrich Hoffmann, equip4cine, Ahornweg 18, 83410 Laufen, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
