Before launch:<\/strong> Our shop is not yet open for orders. The information below describes planned shipping and collection. Shipping rates and complete delivery times will be added before opening.<\/p>\n

Here you can find information about shipping charges, delivery times and products we make after you place your order.<\/p>\n

Delivery area<\/h2>\n

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Germany.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs<\/h2>\n

We charge the shipping rate applicable to your parcel. The amount depends on the shipping method and the packed order weight or parcel dimensions. You will see the final amount, including statutory VAT, in your basket and at checkout before submitting your order. We do not impose shipping surcharges afterwards.<\/p>\n

Delivery times & handover to the carrier<\/h2>\n

You will find each product\u2019s delivery time on its product page. It includes preparation or production and the subsequent transit time until delivery.<\/p>\n

We hand in-stock goods over to the carrier within 24 hours. The period starts once we have received both your order and your payment. Only hours on Mondays to Fridays are counted; Saturdays, Sundays and statutory public holidays at the dispatch location are excluded.<\/p>\n

The carrier\u2019s transit time is additional. The 24-hour period is therefore not a promise of delivery within 24 hours. The full delivery period is stated for each product.<\/p>\n

Production after ordering<\/h2>\n

We make some products after you place your order. We identify these products accordingly. Production time is included in the delivery period shown before purchase.<\/p>\n

We dispatch products with different delivery times together once all products are ready. The longest delivery time stated before purchase applies to the combined delivery. If you want a split delivery, we will agree its arrangements and any additional shipping charges with you beforehand. We do not charge extra shipping for split deliveries that we initiate.<\/p>\n

Waiting list & preferred date<\/h2>\n

If a product cannot be ordered, you may sign up for an availability notification where offered. Joining a waiting list is not an order and does not reserve a product.<\/p>\n

You may tell us your preferred date. It becomes a binding delivery date only if we expressly agree it with you. It does not change the delivery period stated in the shop.<\/p>\n

Tracking<\/h2>\n

Once a shipment with tracking details has been added to your order, you will find its last reported parcel status and available tracking details under \u201cOrders\u201d in your customer account. Creating a label does not mean the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.<\/p>\n

The display is based on reports from the shipping provider. Updates may be delayed and do not show a continuous GPS position. The tracking link opens the relevant provider\u2019s tracking service. For questions about a guest order, please contact us.<\/p>\n

Free collection<\/h2>\n

By arrangement, you can collect your order free of charge in Munich or Laufen. Please agree your preferred collection location with us before ordering. We arrange the exact meeting point and date personally; there are no general collection opening hours.<\/p>\n

Select the collection method agreed with us at checkout where it is offered for your order. Wait for our express confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it. The production or preparation time stated for the product still applies.<\/p>\n
