Payment methods

Before launch: Our shop is not yet open for orders. The payment methods below are planned for launch. The options actually available for your purchase will be shown at checkout.

Choose your preferred payment method at checkout. Before you submit your order, you will see the total amount including VAT and shipping charges.

Credit & debit cards

You can pay with the credit and debit cards displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment partner Stripe. If your bank requires additional verification, you will be guided through it.

If your card payment succeeds, payment is collected immediately during the order process. A temporary reservation alone is not collection of payment. When the charge appears on your account also depends on your bank.

Apple Pay & Google Pay

On supported devices and in compatible browsers, you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay if an eligible card is saved in your wallet. The relevant option appears when it is available for your purchase. These wallet payments are processed through WooPayments as card payments, with payment collected immediately if successful.

PayPal

If you choose PayPal, you will be guided through PayPal’s payment process. PayPal shows the available options during payment. Any additional payment arrangements offered by PayPal are subject to its own terms.

If a payment does not work

First check whether you have received an order acknowledgement or whether the order appears in your customer account. This helps you avoid placing a duplicate order. For assistance, email kontakt@equip4cine.store and include your order number if available.

Refunds

Refunds are generally made using the payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. When a credit appears also depends on the payment provider and your bank.
