Terms and conditions
1. Scope & seller
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of physical goods through equip4cine.store by consumers and business customers. A consumer is a natural person acting predominantly for private purposes. A business customer acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into the contract.
Your contracting party is:
Jonas Michael Heinrich Hoffmann · equip4cine
Ahornweg 18
83410 Laufen · Germany
Email: kontakt@equip4cine.store
Telephone: +49 176 96894397
VAT identification number: DE319685720
Individual agreements with you take precedence over these terms.
2. Ordering & formation of the contract
Product listings in the shop are an invitation to place an order. You can select products and their available variations and add them to your basket without commitment. In the basket, you can change quantities and remove products. At checkout, you enter your details and choose an available shipping and payment method. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your details and the order summary.
By activating the final order button, which clearly indicates the obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to purchase the displayed products. We acknowledge receipt of your order promptly by email. An acknowledgement of receipt alone does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
We accept your offer within five calendar days of receiving your order by sending you an express order acceptance, dispatching the goods or actually collecting payment. The first of these events is decisive. A card authorisation or reservation of funds alone does not constitute collection of payment. If we do not accept within this period, you are no longer bound by your offer.
3. Contract languages & order information
German and English are available for concluding the contract. Before submitting your order, you can save or print the order summary and these terms using your browser. We store your order information and send you the contract information, including these terms, by email. If you have a customer account, you can also view the order information made available there; this does not include a promise of permanent online access to the version of the terms applicable to your order.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT. Additional shipping charges are displayed on the Shipping & delivery page and before you submit your order. The total price shown when you place your order applies.
You can use the payment methods offered at checkout. Information about their process and when payment is collected is available on the Payment methods page and during the payment process.
5. Delivery & production after ordering
We deliver to the areas stated on the Shipping & delivery page. The delivery time applicable to your order is shown for each product before purchase. It includes any production required after ordering. Production after ordering does not unilaterally extend an agreed delivery period.
We dispatch products with different delivery times together once all products are ready. The longest delivery time stated before purchase applies. Free collection in Munich or Laufen is possible by prior arrangement; we agree the location and date with you. See Shipping & delivery for details.
Joining a waiting list or signing up for an availability notification is not an order, reservation or purchase contract. A preferred date stated there becomes binding only if we expressly agree it.
For consumers, we generally bear the risk of loss or damage during transport until the goods are handed over. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details, time limits and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Withdrawal Policy. For an ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods as described in that policy.
Making a regularly offered product only after you place your order does not, by itself, exclude the right of withdrawal.
8. Defects & liability
Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. An additional guarantee exists only if expressly stated for the relevant product; it does not restrict statutory rights in respect of defects. Our liability is also governed by statutory provisions.
For a complaint, contact kontakt@equip4cine.store. The return-cost rule for an ordinary withdrawal does not restrict your statutory claims for defective goods.
9. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
